Hands down I'm getting one upon release.

There will be a 4GB model and a 8GB model.  $499 and $599 respectively.

It is an iPod, a phone, and internet communications device all at once.

The 2 megapixel is decent given all the stuff packed into the extremely slim phone.

However, the breakthrough is not in it's features (video, widescreen, phone, email, photos, internet browsing, etc.)... it's in the touch controls and user interface.  The way you interact with the phone is what's exciting.  It will be very intuitive to use... something Apple always tries to perfect.
