Denny Dougherty passes away

Denny, one of the 4 members of the legendary Mamas and the Papas, died Friday.  Mama Cass Elliott died in the early 70's and was always in love with him, then John Phillips died in the late 90's, leaving Michelle Phillips the only member of the band still alive.  Kind of sad.  You can hear Denny sing lead on "I Saw Her Again" if you've heard that song... he was in a lot of folk bands too before the Mamas and the Papas and was big friends with a lot of people in the 60's music scene.

I heard about this sometime last weekend. RIP to Denny Dougherty.
