I always got the feeling this song wasn’t recorded for Doggystyle specifically, but was something recorded in the interim of Chronic and Doggystyle like maybe as a demo for some loosely proposed compilation or something. Who knows, thanks though.

when the bass guitar kicks in during the second snoop verse of 'it's on' it becomes a chronic/doggystyle worthy track, bass guitar does a looooot.
