Well, if you amp points up for inury time, these players all are gettin about 60-65 points last year.  Except for Killa Cam who got 80.   So it's an upgrade, if anything.  Also take in account the average age of the new first line is way lower than before, which is always a good thing.

Are first line was HIggins who is like 25-26 koivu 34 and Ryder who was 27-28 with a youngster filling in

Yup. Kovalev > all of the other 5 players mentioned, lol.  It's like the game is too easy for him that sometimes he just doesn't are on the ice.  Def sees the game above everyone else.

Some players have the talent but they just don't have that drive others do.Its a shame too.Imagine if kovalev had ovechkins passion?You could say the same for a lot of players over the years

yeh, there's a lot of lazy players in the nhl. ex. Penner. Some of these so-called 'stars' need to be sent down to the minors for a lil wake up call imo.
