you mentioned the numbers comparing wilt to russell but the main attribute of russels you missed out was his defence. which was absoloutley superb. wilt wasnt bad but the fact he "never" fouled out of a game to me makes it sound like he neglected defence when he was in foul trouble which ive read in certain articles.

plus russell won the majority of the head to head matchups between the two. You cant have an argument for kobe being mvp this year when his "team" is better and than say the exact oppisite about russel saying "his team was better".

Kobe is the MVP because he's the best player in the league, plain and simple...



If Phil Jax wins another title this year, I think we're gunna have to re-do Auerbach vs. PJ.
