I can't listen to this at work, but it sounds like a track from his Chronic 2006 mixtape last year - in which case it's not Dre.

im pretty convinced that this is a Scott Storch beat....listen to that Fat Joe and Nelly (storch produced) track from couple years ago...pretty similar imo....this song is pretty hot...shoulda saved it for buck the world imo
