honestly I thought this was pretty weak, both discs.  But I also didnt like that Idlewild garbage except that song with Snoop and Lil Wayne.

For me I am a big Outkast fan, since I first saw the video for Southernplayalistic in 6th grade, but the greatest shit they put out was Stankonia.  That was pretty much fire from front to back, and since it was pretty much the last time Big Boi and Andre actually WORKED TOEGETHER you can hear the tension between the rap and the funk.  To me Sankonia was the pinnicle of 'Kast

I thought it was a lot better than many people gave it credit for, but I consider myself pretty open-minded when it comes to music. It doesn't neccessarily surprise me that a lot of fans wouldn't have liked Andre's disc, although to me that half had more replay value than Big Boi's. In fact, I can still jam to 'Valentine's Day' on the first disc quite happily 8)

Yeah I thought it was solid, however it wasn't the "genre altering" force that so many people claimed it was.

To me Big's disc was more hip hop, and Dre's disc was a funk infusion sorta hip hop album.

Dope, but not even in my all time top 10.

Bowtie is my fav. track off that album. Overall it was good, but not as good as their others.

I listened to andre's disc too much when i got it and cant listen to it anymore.

Big Boi's i still listen to now and then, there's not one track that i skip .

As far as the individual albums, Andre's shitted all over Big Boi's.  Big Boi had it's share of some really dope joints like "Unhappy",  "Church", "The Way You Move", "Flip Flop Rock", "Reset" "Tomb of the Boom", and "Ghetto Music".  The rest I pretty much skipped.

Love Below was pretty incredible except for that wack joint w/ Michelle Branch or whoever that was.  I love vintage Outkast rappin over some funky beats, but Andre completely switched it and I thought he did a damn good job.  When he did bust it was sick - especially on Happy Valentines Day and Spread.  I thought "She Lives in My Lap" was phenomenal.  Overall a really dope album that completely caught me off guard when I bumped it.  I remember me and a couple other homey's drove about an hour to go the the nearest Best Buy that day.  I bought this album and Obie Trice.  We smoked a blunt on the way home and bumped Love Below and were blown away.  But it was still every bit as incredible when I'm not smokin.

But overall a lot of good music on those 2 discs.
