In scotland as long as you have an ounze or less in one solid block, or one bag so it doesnt look as if ur seeling it obviously, then your straight. Dont even confiscate or nothing.

Youtube "Medical marijuana" - The 1st few videos is one in Riverside County Sherrifs Dept. is actually dropping knowledge on the legalities:

1. You can have up to 8 oz's evertime you go to the cannabis club That means you can go tot the spot, buy 8 zones, drop it off, go back to the spot, buy another 8 zones... You are allowed up to 8 oz's on your person, if you have a medical marijuana card.

2. You are allowed 6 Mature or 12 immature plants, if you decide to grow your own...

but what you'll notice is that clubs aren't selling ounces like they used to. the clubs that did got shut down and now clubs'll act weird if you want more than several eighth's worth
