Does anybody know the name of this song?

It's called Either "Pillz" or "Pop Some of These" by Gucci Man. I don't have the track or I put it up for you.

My bad homie... It's not "Pop Some of These" either, I just listened to it, that song is by Just Black & Fabo. The snap beats are all starting to blend together in my head but I know I've heard that one before. I let you know when I do unless someone beats me to it.
