We're going based off popularity...The Lakers are more popular in the media than the Dodgers...Even if it's not through the media, listen to sports radio, more callers will generally have something to say about the Lakers over the Dodgers,  EVEN in the off-season. You can't truly think both teams are currently equal in popularity, can you? How much press would a Dodgers star demanding a trade be getting?
