Yeah that is true. It's almost criminal how slept on Quik is still to this day.

for real. I gave rhythm al ism to a homie and he really liked it (no hip hop head). But he spread this album out  but most people said it sounded to "old School".
I don't understand why Quik is not a big player, I mean his music is mass compatible, it's not some underground gangsta shit. And Quik is one of the few cats out there who is a real artist,
because he makes real music, and his sound is incredible.

My fav is rhythm al ism, followed by Safe & Sound
After that it's betweeen Balance& Options, Trauma and Quik is the Name.
Somehow I never felt Way 2 Fonky and Under tha Influence that much
