Anybody know what programs out there that convert youtube video songs into a mp3 or just rip the song only?

There are several tutorials on this, one way is to open your Internet Explorer Cache and copy the FLV file (the file format they use on Youtube) and then use FLV extractor to separate the mp3 from the FLV file:

FLV Extractor:

Just drag the FLV file of your choice into this program and you'll have your mp3!

It also works with Firefox, although to get to the IE Cache:

Right click the IE icon on your desktop, Then click 'Settings', then 'View Files' and a new folder with all the downloaded data will open.

To find the FLV files, the best way is to arrange the files by size and then start looking for file names that begin with 'get_video?video_id'.

Then copy those files to a different place, like the desktop and then use FLV extractor.
