Doesn't Quik's "Under Tha Influence" Album Get A Lot Of Hate??

yeah, what weren't you feeling about B&O?  I didn't like those interludes, but that's easily skippable.

lol damn..i only bump 7 songs...not that there's alot of bad 1s, just alot of "meh" 1s

Eddie: yea, i think that anticipation, and everything else that goes on before the record comes out helps form opinions...that's why i like doing this, i'm listening 2 them all at the same time (relatively) so nothing changes..i go in2 each record with the same feeling and expectations, and that's probably why my opinion is much different than everyone else's...

i loved rhythm-al-ism, safe & sound, but dis-liked balance and options (like i said not alot of bad songs, just alot of avg 1s 2 me...kind of boring) and LOVED under tha influence

Yep.  Remember when they used to play that on the radio, and Quik's part where he shouts out Suga Free's number wasn't edited out?  Funny how it's edited on the album, and not when it was being played on the radio.

I'm not a huge Quik fan, but I liked the album. If the original 50 Ways made the cut, the album would have been one of my all time favorites.
