no argument for me, cube is the greatest of all time. good thread...sometimes i think people forget what the old cube was like.

Cube still doin his thang, he aint like he used to be but he still dope!!!

He's not my favrite anymore but to me from 94 to 98 no one touched him.
Lots of people say the same about him from 91-94

I never really had a clear favourite, but as I've gotten older, Cube's been more and more likely the one I'd call my favourite rapper.

Cube and Pac are interchangeable as the all time greats in my opinion.

You can make a very convincing argument for Cube as goat and yes, like the poster above me, it's unfathomable how all these lists have Jay-Z as the goat, I don't get that shit at all. Cube took more risks than any other rapper in history. He took risks that not only could have ended his career, but could have gotten him in trouble with the government. He took the game that Chuck D taught him and took it to a whole other level. Just listen to the content from Straight Outta Compton and his first 4 solo LP's. Cube had this viciousness where it felt like he would reach through the speakers and choke the shit out of you. He wasn't afraid to go after anyone and everyone and he did. Every rapper that came along after Cube was influenced by him to some extent, including other greats like Pac and Nas.
Being a LAKER is a privilige. Unfortunately some "Lakers" have forgotten that.
