Didn´t they introduce that cross-platform online thing with PES6? At least for PC and PS2? I never tried the online mode cause I don´t have an orignal PES6 (yeah shame on me I know lol) but I always assumed that. Would be cool cause I´d really want to play against some of you (since I´m getting PES7 for PC.)

Don't hate it, but it's hopeless tryna adapt to play FIFA-addicted buddies after playing PES for years

I´ve seen PES games with almost everything licensed - from the names of the teams to their respective appeal (right sponsor on shirts etc..) - to various sponsors on those boards next the field to everything. All fan-made. Sure, a fucking hard work but I just get the option file and the extra files and install that shit on my pc. I have to say it´s only that easy on PC but I know that people also play on PS2 (for example) and have also a lot more licensed stuff. They just can´t get any new graphics for ovbious reasons.

Even besides that, fuck the licenses, I can see that many people really want them but I think that they would also want a good gameplay then.

Little licenses, great gameplay > All licenses, crappy gameplay. Easy as that.

I have to say though that there is one thing that I kept from FIFA, the controls. I use for long passes and for shooting.

I have to say though that the original PES button layout is really nice, especially when it comes to faking shots, since your thumb is in the perfect position to hit the X button then. Using circle ann pressing X doesn´t feel so natural but I just got used to that. Doesn´t stop me from beating your monkey ass in a game.
