I once saw a clip (I think from the german league) from the 70s or 80s where someone tackeled a guy and he cut the entire outside of his tigh up with his spikes. You could see that the entire outside if his thigh was cut open. That player screamed in pain and afterwards even sued the opposing player I think. I´ve only seen that clip on tv so I can´t post a video here but that was the grossest shit I have ever seen in football.
