Well he's dissing High N Mighty in the first verse, that was a misunderstanding though, it was cleared up.

And yeah I seen that battle, Ice T was hosting it. And Masta Ace got merked. He's says that the reason is cus he wrote his rhymes on while he was on his way to the battle. And that Boogieman had pre written his shit a while back. Either way Ace lost in that battle.
