see a nigga on a bike and pull him over

my friend was ridin home from skool and they pulled his ass over. he didnt do shit wrong.
he asked why he was pulled over and the piglet said "you didnt look confident riding"

WTF does that mean?

but nigga dont have a motorcycle license so they said they were gona take it unless he had someone wit a license come get it.

i got the bike for him but nigga was lucky, he didnt have no registration for the bike and no license.

but the point is he was pulled over for no reason

I got off the bus today and detectives was waiting for a nigga. He supposedly slapped some chick. And the boys was at the bus stop waiting.
