COLIN Farrell took a Candian homeless man on a $10,000 shopping spree. The star bumped into a tramp known as Stress, who he has met before, and whisked him away to kit him out in new clothes and street essentials. The Irish actor strolled into the shop and demanded: "Get him anything he wants."

The pair picked up a $500 Arc'Teryx coat, a North Face sleeping bag, and a rolling backpack stuffed with socks, boots and underwear. The 31-year-old star then took Stress to a cashpoint, where he drew out a wad of $20 bills for him. He also arranged to get Stress off the streets and pay the rent on a room for him for a year - BANG Showbiz / AP
