Xzibit's album "Restless" is a fuckin classic!
« on: October 07, 2007, 07:19:35 AM »

I bought it a couple of years ago and remember I couldn't stop listening to it for weeks... I put it back in my CD player yesterday and I was feeling the music like if it was the first time I was hearing it... Damn I love this album: dope lyrics and dope beats, what more can we ask for? Who else agree?

Yep, "At the Speed of Life" is a classic too. IMO "40 Days & 40 Nights" isnīt as strong as "Restless" and his first record but itīs still good

I think X's first 2 LP's are at least near-classics if not classics, but this one is 100% a classic 8)

Restless is a classic CD (atleast a west coast classic) but I enjoy 40 Dayz & 40 Nightz a bit more & At The Speed Of Life is great but nowhere near classic.

I'm not sure I can call any of his albums classics.. Even though Paparazzi and The Foundation are some of my favorite tracks from the west...

Lyrically X has always been on point, but with Restless he had the platinum matching production to go with it.

I was at a house party last night & I put "Alkaholik" on and everyone went bananas like "I forgot all about this shit!" lol.

Overall, a great album.

i prefer his first two.

i wish he made an album earlier. my favorite verse by x was off coast 2 coast. his flow was amazing on his guestspots on that album...
