New age Warren G?
« on: October 23, 2007, 06:15:25 PM »
Would you guys compare to todays new age "rap" even though id consider it more to be pop, with a few exceptions, Kanye West to be kind of a new age Warren G? obviosuly not as funky as warren, warren was the king of the funk, but i was listening to Graduation, and i see alot of warren g in it. like with the synth's and piano's and shit, i dunno bout you guys, but i find kanye to be one of the best out there today. Like his lyrics are something else, the guys got some mad talent! dont get me wrong, he can really rub me the wrong way in his interviews and shit, but man is he good when it comes to his music.
