i have no problem with the albums coming out, but like i always say, i wish theyd keep the original versions.i havent been impressed by one of those remixes yet, even tho the original songs wouldnt 'fit in' with todays market as much its still real shit and yoou cant just keep updating them to sell. sometimes i wonder if Afeni is just out for the money.and also i dont like the way she stops artists releasing music Pac made with them. I mean, in Pacs last days, he was working with a lot of people (mainly west coast cats) because he wanted them to get some shine (and his name automatically sells records). now she says nobody can release anything but her? shes greedy, i dont like her.
First off, I wasn't even going to respond. Mrs. Shakur releases her son's music, 1, to continue his legacy and to try and get people to understand her misunderstood son. 2, because his fans want the music, and she feels like she must deliever. Now as for remixes, they can not be released without the over looking of Johnny J and the Outlaws, people that knew 2Pac well. No one mentions Still I Rise, which every remix sounded better than the original. Until The End Of Time failled to do that, but hey, not every thing is perfect. Now if 2Pac was my son, and he died, I'd do the same thing, only I'd sign the Outlaws and Johnny J to my lable to release new music. And the Outlaws need Johnny J.
