Is electronic necessarily electro? I personally didn't think so... There's a big difference between Daft Punk on one hand, and The Prodigy or Fatboy Slim on the other if you ask me.

electronic music is not only electo...electro is a kind of electronic music.you got trance,techno,drum and bass,house...you could say in a way that rap is electronic music (ifit's made by computers)
