Off the top of my head

West: Snoop with Game closing in as soon as Snoop leaves
East: Nas, took it from Jay-Z in 2001 and hasn't looked back since, but 50 is at his heels
South: T.I. 'cause once 'Face became inactive T.I. took over with his battles and sales, Luda is the only one close
Mid-West: Common I'd say is the only King the Mid-West has seen since Eminem did his thing and everyone else isn't even on his lyrical level.

IMO the Kings that have been.

East: Melle Mel, Rakim, Biggie, Nas (most likely next: 50 Cent)
West: Cube, 2Pac, Snoop (most likely next: Game or G. Malone)
South: 'Face, (maybe Luda, but never did anything to take the crown), T.I. (mostly likely next: no one as of yet)
Mid West: Common (most likely next: Kanye)
