Nu Jerzey Devil & Black Wall Street Update - January 2, 2008 By : Eddie

2008 is certainly looking big for the entire Black Wall Street camp, with new albums from The Game and Juice slated for release. In-house producer and DJ Nu Jerzey Devil is also making major moves, ensuring that you'll see his name popping up more and more throughout 2008. He's currently in the studio working on a solo project and separate records for Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, The Game, and Juice. "The Black Wall Street Compilation" album is set for an early 2008 release date, and it will feature plenty of production from Jerzey.

His latest mixtape, "Sounds From Tha Devil Pt. 3," will drop on Jerzey's birthday, January 10th! The project features appearances from Lil Wayne, Fat Joe, The Game, Jay Rock, Hell Rell, Juice, and Clyde Carson. You can expect to hear more information about the project right here on Dubcnn in the very near future.

We got a banger from Cool and Dre last week, got a couple tracks from Just Blaze, and 1 old beat from Pharrel. Overall going to be a more universal sounding album ala the documentary. Im going into the studio with Chuck this month to work on a couple tracks.

Looking forward to hearing some new BWS stuff. I remember being all hyped up about the 2005 roster with names like Eastwood, Techniec and Charli Baltimore, shame it didn't go down as it was supposed to.

I also had high hopes for BWS being the new west coast movement after that BWS Journal mixtape dropped but that also didn't happen...
