AND, as I think has not been pointed out yet, the internet is a dangerous place. Anyone can say anything about anything they want and you have to be very careful with all information, especially if it's forum guys like us here who just say whatever comes to mind drawing from personal experience; a professional is definitely a more reliable source of information and he'll analyze you as an individual. I don't know how things work in other counties (or in other hospitals), but you should go and speak with your primary care doctor first. Explain to him/her your situation and they SHOULD be able to reccomend you to the right person to speak with. Now, when you speak with a Therapist or Pysch, you shouldn't be stuck with this person. If you don't feel comfortable speaking with that person, ask to see someone else, until you find the right person. And then from there, you'll be able to start working out your issues by venting, medication, various other methods. It's worth a shot. Just because you read online that some people had bad experiences does NOT mean you will. Everyones different and everyone reacts different. But, if you never go and seek help, you'll always feel that way and you just may end up hurting yourself.

go see your Doctor, he/she will be able to help, even if it is just recommending you to a specialist. see a Doctor as soon as possible and get yourself sorted out.

if he's done that and you're adequately reflecting his statement(s) by summing it up like this, he's a maniac in that respect. Still, I haven't seen one post by you that does not include racial or religious slurs or have you going on about other people's racial and religious slurs

Leaving aside that debate, Psycho Hustla: Like SGV said, it's worth a shot, like es-jay said if the doctor can't help you him-/herself, you'll be recommended a specialist. doctors, especially psychologists will not order you to do any thing, they'll just help you the best they can and there's a reason they spent years of their lives going to university and studying their asses of. And there's no reason to assume that you can't trust them
