^^ you can pre-set your draft order, so you dont really need to be on when the draft is going on.

I dont play fantasy baseball unless I draft the team. The pre-sets don't do shit.

trades and free agent pick-ups are what really determine a good fantasy player.

depends; if ppl know about sleepers and not who are at the draft, it usually hurts your chances of winning the league.
also if you dont pre-rank your players, you may get stuck with players who're gone for a while.

usually you still have a legitimate shot though even if a couple of auto draft picks dont go well; after all in most cases your going to make some roster adjustment anyways.

I always draft well, which leads to not having to make as many trades (barring injuries). Plus, to me, half the fun of fantasy sports is the draft itself. When my team is autodrafted, it just doesnt seem like I had any hand in putting it together, so I dont care if I win or lose, you know what I mean?


By the way, what time is the draft on thursday? (eastern time) I might be able to make it if its after 7:30 eastern.
