Yeah I used to deal/use coke several years ago. I've seen people get really bad with the stuff and that is where it gets to be a problem like the commerical. Those are the people who are going to do it every day for many years. But if you can ration the usage, it's nowhere near as destructive as chopping out part of your brain and snorting it. Not even close. People wouldn't do it in the first place if that were the case.
