bizzy is a character... he can put out so much garbage, and just when you think he's lost all his talent completely, he'll turn around and drop a gem of a track... lyrics aside... his voice and flow vary so much. The dude is a complete enigma.

Yes I agree he can surprise people, but I think it just depends on his mood or what he is going through and that is the way he is going to rap! He does what the fuck he wants to do.
