Oh yeah for sure,
well, from what i remember,
it was right after lalah hathaway
performed, and he was sittin with the crowd,
and quik spotted him and told him to come on
stage, so he comes up, talk's for a bit,
and mentioned that nate was really sick, and that
he needed everyones prayers, he got somewhat
emotional, so the 1st song he played
was i guess a new track cause i didnt recognize
that track, then he moved into "Lay low"
from there started the lil tribute,
where he sang, nate's "It aint no fun" verse,
then into "Xxplosive"  i think there was 1 more
but i really cant remember, but it was a really nice set..

Yes Quik & Free, were up there performin' they played,
why u bullshittin', intro to "If you stay ready" and then into "Nobody"
oh and there was a white carpet on stage, haha..
but it was dope to see Quik and free back together
on stage.. the people thatperformed were..
Kokane, Bilal, Young rydaz, AMG, Jon b, Bizzy bone,
Steven Russel from troop, Rich Boy, YG, Lalah Hathaway
& Butch Cassidy.. Terrace martin on (Sax) & Dave Foreman on
(Guitar)..
kk from 2nd II none was there but didnt get to perform
cause he got there late, black tone, chubbz,
pimpin' young, and thats about it..
show was dope! but Quik didnt perform
to many of his own tracks..
Oh and also was really diggin the begining
when he hopped on talkbox and started ..
performin, "Zapp's - Heartbreaker"
show was dope though!

did quik and suga free do anythin together?

thanks, that sounds amazing. So i take it he is still doing his groove series? once a month or what it is?
