I have to disagree with the opening post, or any post that mentions a song he recorded after leaving Death Row. The reason I say this, is because, if you look at "On Onsite" or "Callin Out Names" (two songs mentioned above) Kurupt is using all these bigwords that rhyme, but don't really belong in the verse, or add meaning to the verse... kind of like Ghostface's loose association style. In my opinion, these are Kurupts greatest lyrical appearances....1. "New York, New York"- At the time, alot of people were saying the West Coast weren't real emcee's, that they didn't have lyrics, and all this bullshit, so the Kurupt beat them all at their own game.. and the video ofcourse, added the ultimate exclamation point with them taking over New York and knocking down biuldings. It was the ultimate statement of West Coast dominance over the East. The good old days.2. "For All My Niggaz and Bitches" - Off Doggystyle.... when Kurupt says... "Now who's jokin/ Rakim never joked/ so why should I loc?... Now that's my idol..." Kurupt is just going off, and his intensity on the mic is unmatched.

I'd say for those that think currently Kurupt fell off, listen to They Don't Want It. God damn that track knocks.
I might get heat for this, but everything he has recorded up to probably 97 (I specifically say that because, for example, Started was released in 2004 but it was clearly recorded around the time Dogg Food was) on death row is just lirycally better than everything else he has spit since then (well at least for me it is).SO I agree with Infinite's post to the fullest, and I add to the list his verse ot Pac's Still Ballin' OG
