Well considering I still do my Job as Mod I wouldnt really expect to be removed. I still clear silly posts and spam.

It wouldn't really affect you since you are active; I think this is for the 2 or 3 other mods that havent been active in a few years.

^ yeah, but I know it from myself...quite a few times since I got my mod job in Outbound, I stopped posting for periods of up to about 8 months and came back after that. Sure, 3.5 years is a different issue, I'm just saying, people don't usually think about quitting that job when they leave the forum. Lot of child boards where a lot of mods been inactive for pretty long

problem is I think only Seer and Rud could remove mods and they're not the most prolific of contributors these days
