I believe it was actually an NWA, Niggaz For Life leftover if I remember correctly.

I read Priority records said the song was "too explicit..." lol

yeah it was left off no one cn do it better because it didn't fit in with the other songs which had very few explicit lyrics.
it was included on dr dres first round kock out compilation album a few years later.
