I agree he's not exactly the best rapper, but I enjoyed his first album (2nd really, if you don't count the B-32 tape) a lot. It was a well put together album with a whole lot of features and good production. I didn't like his other two albums.

Songs off "Birdman" that I like:
Looks Like A Job 4 -> nothing mind blowing, but it gives me a smile
Fly In Any Weather -> ^^
Ms. Bird -> ^^
Never Had Nothin' -> the only solo track from Baby that I like. The lyrics are great and Baby sounds hungry
Baby You Can Do It -> great record. Toni Braxton killed it!
What Happened To That Boy -> not feeling Baby, but The Clipse was tight and I don't even like The Clipse
On The Rocks -> I love the production on this one! Another one of those songs that you just have to listen to and enjoy.
How It Be -> Typical Jermaine Dupri production. TQ murdered that hook! "Every city town I go y'all know just how it be / when I come through I shut it down cause ain't no body bad like me"
Hustlas, Pimps and Thugs -> possibly my favorite song on the album. Especially 8Ball kills it
Fly Away -> Has a nice summer vibe
Do That -> I love this song. The video is the shit too!

Ice Cold -> Jazze Pha on the hook and the production tip, Baby and TQ exchange verses. TQ fucking murdered this one! It should tell you enough that when I say that this is one of my favorite TQ songs period. "They should have named me Dr. Freeze cause I'm the coldest nigga y'all done seen"
Ghetto Life -> Sometimes I like it, sometimes I don't. I'm not always in the mood to listen to this song. I have the same thing with the song with The Clipse.
Keeps Spinnin -> as said above I like this compilation record. This song and Bigger Business from Swizz Beatz are I belive the first records actually with so many rappers on it (in modern day time at least).
