i think that they have absolutely no business there..and whether intentional or not, a good portion of them have wounded or killed an innocent person.  maybe they thought the person was an insurgent and popped off a few rounds just to be on the safe side, or maybe they just some ruthless motherfuckers and dont give a fuck and kill anyone that doesnt follow their orders..not because they wanna be defiant, but because they cant understand a damn word of english. 

its just like Vietnam, only in a different part of the world.
