that pretty much sums up the way LA has played all game, regardless of the refs.

well yeah... it's mental... when you are having a lopsided game like that being called against you it has that effect. a 48% percent game should be much closer.

man its only 11 points.  the refs are being good the 2nd half, Lakers got plenty of time left to win.  no need for excuses.

While I do put a lot of the blame on the Lakers for not playing better basketball, there's no doubt in my mind that we'd be up 2-0 right now with better officiating.

naw... it's easy to see what the difference in this game was.... even with that 8 minutes of play in the equation. even if we win or lose, these games will never compare to the 80's between these two teams...and I know because I watched them live and not on youtube. the games are being ruined like finding a turd in the punch bowl...

Yeah. Probably. But it's 100% certified we'd be up 2-0 playing more focused on the game.
There are two sides of it: from a fan prospective, fuck the refs and fuck the Celtics. From a non-fan/coach prospective, we played horrible basketball for 38 minutes.
You can choose the one you fit better in, but that's the truth: we'd be up 2-0 or at least 1-1 by now.

We didn't even play triangle offence, homie! Phil was desperated. We looked scared. And i know we're better than this.

I don't care...the amazing run towards the end shows how much we have on this team when we play our game. Unfortunately, the refs wouldn't let us play our game today, but I expect that to change at Staples. Lets take care of the next 3 at home, and then we only need to win 1 out of 2 in Boston. We still have a nice chance. we're the better team...PeACe
