If you think it's comparable, you obviously didn't watch every single game of every single Laker playoff series in the past 10 years, as I did. The league has never been as blatant in their lopsided officiating as they have in this series. Who knows, maybe they want this series to go to 7 and the Lakers will get a majority of the calls in the next three games at Staples...You see, the question at hand isn't "what happened in the Kings series 6 years back?"...it's "what the fuck is going on NOW?"As of today, the NBA officiating is worse than it's ever been. The Lakers suffered the most brutal officiating in NBA Finals history last night...The fact that you came in here and claimed you didn't see it right off the bat just goes to show what a biased hater you are. If you don't get that, perhaps it's YOU who needs to take a basic reading & comprehension course.



P.S...The Kings series had bad calls going both ways. The blatantly biased officiating in last nights game is not comparable to ANYTHING...The closest is the D-Whistle conspiracy in '06, but that's about it.. And this is STILL the most disgustingly fishy refereeing I've ever seen. EVER.

^Yea...and once you put Hack-a-Shaq into the equation, the fact that these haters are bringing up past games which were poorly officiated is pathetic. Lets focus on the now. NBA officiating has never been this blatantly one sided. And it's not only to those who watched the game...Even the numbers prove it on a much higher scale than ever before.

we dont care that they gave powe all those foul calls (even if a shit load of them were ticky tacky), we care that they didnt allow contact when we were on defense, yet DID allow contact when they were on defense. before our last second comeback when we popped off 3's like crazy, damn near all we were doing was taking it inside, we just couldnt get a call worth shit.

i dunno if you watched the game or not, but there was a point in the game where literally all three of the ABC commentators were pointing out the refs bullshit for not giving the lakers any foul calls, including van gundy, who doesnt even care about the lakers.

you can choose to look at it like that if you wish.... but yeah... that is a horribly low number. 10 or below in physical games like this, and you know some bullshit is going on - no matter the team. But it probably has to be a Laker game or a Laker fan to get your attention. No?
