Seeing that green in the crowd makes me remember the fact that I HATED the Celtics. Anyone growing up in Southern Cali in the 80's will tell you that beating the Celtics was the highlight of the year. I remember hating them, and not knowing why. But I know why now. They have what I want for my team, more titles than us, a coach with more rings than ours, players that have higher ranking than ours. In the 80's we finally for Magic, and he put a stamp for us in the top 5 of all time. But I want 17 before Boston, I want Phil to get 10 rings, and get 3 more as a Laker coach, and I want him to get this ring, number 10 to pass Red against his own beloved Celtics. I wish Red was alive to see this, and I would have loved to see Phil hand him a cigar as his broke his record. Phil did say that when he broke his record, he'd mail him a cigar, it would have been great to see it in person. To bad Shaq didn't join the Celtics... lmao... it would have even been better.
