yup yup, I haven' listened to those albums fully but I've heard separate joints that have been amazing (bumps It's A Damn Shame from 4,5,6)

The one after 'Hold It Down' word? Yeah that shit was weak. It was straight but weak, lol. I'm wit chu on that.

Generation Efx. And the main reason why is sooooo many artists bit they rhyme scheme and patterns that their own style by the time this came out was played out. Ain't that a bitch for being innovative?  ;D

They probably felt like they had to switch it up to stay relevant. Either way they were fucked by that time. People said they should have kept it original and they did not sell. They changed it up and it still did not sell.

Das Efx are imo one of the most underrated groups in hip hop history...Hold It Down was a banging album, has numerous classics on there, Real Hip Hop is one of my favourite tracks of all time...the Straight Up Sewaside album they brought out was dope as hell too...

and Kool G Rap speaks for himself...too many classic tracks...

Real Hip Hop remix by Pete Rock is arguably the greatest remix of all time.  It destroy's Primo's version, and those words are hardly ever spoken.
