You say that just because it's about Dre? *takes a look at username* Wait... don't answer that. no i'm merely questioning your statement.i haven't heard a good argument yet.don't judge a book by it's cover.

But what is what? What "we" like to believe is true and/or fit the image "we" like?I have followed Roninīs work while he was part of the Mind Squad (The Source Magazine) in the early 90īs,a fine writer indeed. Quote from: The "Untouchable" DJR on July 03, 2008, 04:36:39 PMMichael Harris the man?A drugdealer convicted for attempted murder. The problem that I have with Ro is his style of writing, the man describes things and situations and adding his own twist to it as if he was really there which is very misleading. It's not just that that Suge/DB rumor (which also was mentioned in some magazine I believe during that time) it's the way he portrays things like he can read people's minds or something. If you're interested try to find a copy of Jake Brown's The Rise, Fall, and Rise of Death Row Records and read chapter 17 "Have Gun unravels", it's a rebuttal to Ro's Have Gun book. If you and/or other people are interested I might scan those pages from that chapter. But in all honesty I must admit that the writer of this book had some questionable things to say about Suge and DR in general that had me raising a few eyebrows here and there, I'm a big DR fan but sometimes he's taking it a little bit too far with bigging up Suge at times and there are alot of grammatical errors and a few false facts (album release dates etc).

It's good...if you like fiction.
Haha +1 for you man for telling it like it is.
By all means go get it Psycho but keep in mind thatRonin Ro is a VERY creative man when it comes to storytelling so remember what PE used to say back in the day: Don't believe the hype...
Ronin Ro got a few key things right-The Warren G shake down, stripping people naked for using the Harry O phone, and just the overall tone of Death Row.However, one thing I thought was funny is how he kept hinting at a homosexual relationship between Danny Boy and Suge.It was fucking unbelievable. Lol.
Welcome 2 Death Row = The Best Death Row documentary.Lydia made one sick ass documentary with that one. I own it on VHS.
To Chad:I like it, because it's basically the only Death Row documentary that goes on the inside. I only have the VHS, it comes with no bonuses.
You want my VHS? The Source Awards part works perfectly.
Also regarding Danny Boy, you can tell he believes it. I just don't see it as really plausible.
Also, sorry I never came through with the interview Chad.As soon as I saw the other Chad was doing it, I said fuck it.The people at E World Entertainment are nice people. Gave me his # and all.Ask the other Chad when we are going to see part two, because I am excited.
ehhhh,Ronin is the man for telling it how it REALLY is...and Harry-O is the man, hope he kills Suge when he gets out of jail.
This is irresponsible journalism at its best:Ronin just adds his own 2 cents to stories/rumors/hearsay already known to the public to make it more dramatic, more often than not referring to the upteemth anonymous source. And the way he goes about it lol... like he was really there himself. Sure alot of stuff happened at DR no question about that but if youwant to write a book about it you should be objective and not resort to sensationalism and tabloid writing. His books are journalistic novels; they have high entertainment value but have to be taken with a grain of salt.Reminds me of those dramatized movies that are based on true events:you just know they are bending the truth to make it more appealing.
Harry O was the man till Suge had his ass fucked up in prison. Lol.
http://www.youtube.com/v/K3uQjNv7WZ8&hl=enKenner must have spiked him. Lol.Nah, I believe Suge had something to do with the Guillain-Barre thing though.

I'm having a hard time quoting your posts
We'll never fully know the truth about all of the events at DR and that includes Tupac's murder.
Man, if I had a choice to do a track with anybody I would probably just say,“Make a phone call, get your cell phone out, call down to Brazil and tell Tupac to come outta hidin’ – he faked his death!Come on out and rock this track!” As a matter of fact we gunna do a whole group album together, me and Pac!http://www.hhnlive.com/features/more/473

It was biased incase you haven't read it, by the way when are you going to suck my ass?
Harry O was the man till Suge had his ass fucked up in prison. Lol. Hey DJR, you notice how Ronin Ro really stuck up for Dr. Dre in Have Gun Will Travel and the Dr. Dre biography. He made Dre to look like a super hero. Lol. Anyone read Ronin Ro's Halloween book? Quite a read. Lol. The Dr. Dre biography is a bit biased in DJR's defense.

I'm not taking anymore time to respond to you, because it would make me just as idiotic as you.
