Have you read that Dre biography and Bad Boy? ---> horrible.

lol how is the Dr.Dre biography horrible?  ???

You say that just because it's about Dre? *takes a look at username* Wait... don't answer that.

no i'm merely questioning your statement.

i haven't heard a good argument yet.

don't judge a book by it's cover.

The general tone of the book is too favourable towards Dr Dre plus I really denounce his style of writing.

Btw did you diss me because of this?

Kenner must have spiked him. :P Lol.

Nah, I believe Suge had something to do with the Guillain-Barre thing though.

Facts over fiction, always wins... I agree with that.  ;)
But what is what?
What "we" like to believe is true and/or fit the image "we" like?
I have followed Roninīs work while he was part of the Mind Squad (The Source Magazine) in the early 90īs,a fine writer indeed.  ;)

Michael Harris the man?
A drugdealer convicted for attempted murder. Yeah he's the man alright...

He will be the hero of my life if he kills Suge  ;)

]

I'm having a hard time quoting your posts ;)

We'll never fully know the truth about all of the events at DR and that includes Tupac's murder.

The problem that I have with Ro is his style of writing, the man describes things and situations and adding his own twist to it as if he was really there which is very misleading.
It's not just that that Suge/DB rumor (which also was mentioned in some magazine I believe during that time) it's the way he portrays things like he can read people's minds or something.

If you're interested try to find a copy of Jake Brown's The Rise, Fall, and Rise of Death Row Records and read chapter 17 "Have Gun unravels", it's a rebuttal to Ro's Have Gun book.
If you and/or other people are interested I might scan those pages from that chapter.
But in all honesty I must admit that the writer of this book had some questionable things to say about Suge and DR in general that had me raising a few eyebrows here and there, I'm a big DR fan but sometimes he's taking it a little bit too far with bigging up Suge at times and there are alot of grammatical errors and a few false facts (album release dates etc).

It's good...if you like fiction.

 :P

Haha +1 for you man for telling it like it is.

ehhhh,Ronin is the man for telling it how it REALLY is

By all means go get it Psycho but keep in mind that
Ronin Ro is a VERY creative man when it comes to storytelling so remember what PE used to say back in the day: Don't believe the hype...

 :P

Ronin Ro got a few key things right
-The Warren G shake down, stripping people naked for using the Harry O phone, and just the overall tone of Death Row.
However, one thing I thought was funny is how he kept hinting at a homosexual relationship between Danny Boy and Suge.
It was fucking unbelievable. Lol.

So when Suge and/or the artists fit the image stereo types they have created,itīs true.
But being homosexual is clearly not gangster enough  :P :P. So that canīt be true.  :P (not saying it is,but you know what I mean...)
What if you find out that all the artists on Death Row in fact was homosexual, would you like their music less?

Welcome 2 Death Row = The Best Death Row documentary.
Lydia made one sick ass documentary with that one. I own it on VHS.

Thereīs nothing special about the VHS....
The DVD got the bonus interview with Snoop, and it fucks up during The Source awards part.
I got a couple copies of the DVD,they all fuck up (during the source awards part).

To Chad:
I like it, because it's basically the only Death Row documentary that goes on the inside. I only have the VHS, it comes with no bonuses.

I didnīt say I didnīt like it.... in fact I LOVE it.
Must have seen it about 50 times.
...and Harry-O is the man, hope he kills Suge when he gets out of jail.

As far as the issue you seem to have with Dre-Day.
It seems heīs trying to tell you to use the search engine and that heīs not your personal assistant. Simple as that.  ;)
No need to jump out of your chair for that and start ranting about his family and shit, thatīs uncalled for.  ;)
The thread heīs referring to is the one where you posted a video of Ninoīs collection,if I'm correct.(?).
To put it simple,Ronin never said that Suge and Danny had a "relationship"....
that was a rumor floating around that Ronin quoted from a outside source.
I couldn't care less if this is true or not, listen to the music... fuck their personal life.

You want my VHS? The Source Awards part works perfectly.

Go it  ;),bought it because I was pissed that The Source awards part didn't work perfect.  >:( >:( >:(

Also regarding Danny Boy, you can tell he believes it. I just don't see it as really plausible.

Might be,but who cares?
The point is will Danny Boy be less talented if he was/is homosexual?
Will you stop listening to him?
People is so caught up with image and their personal life.
Hey look at fabricated groups like Milli Vanilli,
it's pretty obvious people bought the image, not the music from two "talented"  :P German studio cats.

Also, sorry I never came through with the interview Chad.
As soon as I saw the other Chad was doing it, I said fuck it.
The people at E World Entertainment are nice people. Gave me his # and all.
Ask the other Chad when we are going to see part two, because I am excited.

If youīre going to do a interview with him,
it makes more sense to wait after you have read NonCentz whole interview,
so you can pick up if thereīs any loose ends and/or NonCentz forgot to ask about.  ;)

It's good...if you like fiction.

not yet,I got the Dre bio,so will get to it  ;)
Bad Boy? Who gives about them? Garbage music,so not interested.

This is irresponsible journalism at its best:
Ronin just adds his own 2 cents to stories/rumors/hearsay already known to the public to make it more dramatic,
more often than not referring to the upteemth anonymous source.
And the way he goes about it lol... like he was really there himself.
Sure alot of stuff happened at DR no question about that but if you
want to write a book about it you should be objective and not resort to sensationalism and tabloid writing.
His books are journalistic novels; they have high entertainment value but have to be taken with a grain of salt.
Reminds me of those dramatized movies that are based on true events:
you just know they are bending the truth to make it more appealing.

Facts over fiction, always wins... I agree with that.  ;)

where did this rumor come from? link? scan?  ;)

Kenner must have spiked him. :P Lol.
Nah, I believe Suge had something to do with the Guillain-Barre thing though.

I thought you meant beaten up in jail  ;)
That move right there was some shiesty ass move by Suge and/or Kenner.
Harry-O must be mad pissed over that (I hope)  ;D

ehhh,fixed  ;)

We'll never fully know the truth about all of the events at DR and that includes Tupac's murder.

Donīt you know?
2Pac is in Brazil;

Quote
Man, if I had a choice to do a track with anybody I would probably just say,
“Make a phone call, get your cell phone out, call down to Brazil and tell Tupac to come outta hidin’ – he faked his death!
Come on out and rock this track!” As a matter of fact we gunna do a whole group album together, me and Pac!

in other words you believe what you want to believe  :P ;)

Well,to quote gossip magazines is unprofesional,I give you that.  ;)
But fuck that,as I said before I couldnīt care less what their sexual preferences is.

Jake Brown is not credible as far as I can tell,he quotes fictional members from this board;  :P

Hey DJR, you notice how Ronin Ro really stuck up for Dr. Dre in Have Gun Will Travel and the Dr. Dre biography. He made Dre to look like a super hero. Lol. Anyone read Ronin Ro's Halloween book? Quite a read. Lol. The Dr. Dre biography is a bit biased in DJR's defense.

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=toss+my+salad <--- I dedicate that to you Dre-Gay.

I'm not taking anymore time to respond to you, because it would make me just as idiotic as you.

You can't answer Mauzip, so you flop back to me. I wasn't going to bother with more paragraphs to your unintelligent ass. I have a secret i've been keeping from the public in respect of you. Now, I figure it's time to let it out. Guys.....Dre-Day is BOY GEORGE.
