and even Harley Quinn who was jokers lil bitch that he had mind control over

Out of those, only The Mad Hatter and Harley Quinn can possibly fit in Nolan's "realistic" setting.  Thats why MDogg only brought up those villains.

Thanks for the back up. I was going to list Mad Hatter, but really that wouldn't be at all tight. As for Harley Quinn, if Heath was still alive there might be an outside chance Nolan would use her, but about as possible as Robin coming in for part 3. The only way either would be in is if someone else took over the franchise after 3, and basically Schumachered the series.

It's a damn shame what happened to Heath cause he OWNED that role and would have made it a perfect third and final installment

I agree, I think a final battle between Batman and Joker was the only way to finish the series. But you can resurrect 2Face and have the Harvey Dent story end at 3, and at the end of 3 just mentioned Joker has escape, not as a way to set up part 4 but as a way to say, hey the Batman story continues.
