What's the deal with Scribble Jam?

I was thinking about going this year.  Their website is a piece of shit.  I was on it a few months ago and they said it was going to be Sept. 25th-28th, so I made plans and everything; but I couldn't figure out where on the website to buy tickets, or where the location was actually at, times, etc.   Then supposedly there is a scribble Jam magazine so I thought maybe I would buy it to get more info but I didn't see anywhere to order that on the website.  Now I go to the website they have the dates Oct. 23rd thru 26th on there, but just dates, no information about tickets, location, or anything.
