Yeah this sounds nothing like Swizz Beatz, not to mention there's no adlibing. At first I thought Timbaland was the one saying "Get Up"..., could also be Polow.

i think its more likely to be dre and if this is more of a throwaway track then there should be some really good shit to come. its the exact same drums dre's new beats have been using and he often goes for those military style melodies. its pretty damn good

You're right, it could also be Dre. Aloutgh if it is, it's his most energetic beat in years, looks like finally stepped out of the "piano loops/big drums" box.
