that woulda been some major bullshit.  if i were commish, i wouldnt even think about calling a game that decides the winner of a WS.  either wait until they tie it, or play the 9 innings.  i know those arent prime baseball playing conditions, but rain should NEVER decide a WS winner.  ever.  glad it happened the way it did, though.

they need to change the rules...the playoffs aint like the regular season..and a lot of places arent really suited for the game this time of year.  change to rules to be something like "in the event of a rain out, the game will be suspended, regardless of inning and score, to resume on the next available date" or something like that.

ahh yeah.  i just read the info..its was supposed to be played tonight, but the rain dont stop in philly. lol

they hopefully play it tomorrow.

selig said that if the rays didnt tie it, he wouldnt have called the game, he woulda just issued a rain delay, that couldve and wouldve lasted until the weather permitted to play agian.
