A Poem

Concerned with what's worth it
Heard it in a song, or just knew
what to do, when the time was right
Late at night, underneath the sky's moon
The stars that the great God built
The skyscrapers that a great man biult
Emotions tilt, tearing eyes wash away
one happiness and clear the way for new
and better happiness
Somewhere in tales of middle ages
A man rode in on a horse and saved the day
A hero with strength defeats the villian
Conquers the Earth and wins his beloved's heart
Tales of the past, vibrant songs of now
A lifetime in a moment
Or is life really just one moment?
When we die
which one of these moments will flash across our minds?
Let's make one together
Let's be hero's
Let's save ourselves
Let's be free in an unfree world
Let's be greater than the rest
Let's forget everyone else
Let's forget politics
Let's forget ourselves
Let's get lost in each other
Let's live forever in this moment
Let's forget past
Let's forget future
All that exists is this
and let's say Yes to this existence
Let's say Yes to the power of you and me
Let's say Yes to life
