Mostly, the Soviet Union and Chinese provided the Africans with guns, which is why you hear about AK-47s being their weapons of choice. The Chinese government has significant investments in African countries that lead to them shipping weapons over there in exchange for natural wealth. So right now, it's mostly Chinese money and weapons making authoritarianism and bloodbath possible in Africa.

Your other argument is also bullshit. Liberia was created as a free country by American abolitionists, and for a while, it was at least doing OK before some illiterate Sergeant named Sam Doe decided to stage a coup. This was strictly due to personal greed, not a tribal vendetta. And likewise, Somalia is an extremely homogeneous country (95% of the population is ethnically Somali), yet it still imploded and descended into chaos, as it is today.

Blacks in Africa have never lived and treated with each other with respect. It was like this LONG before the white man ever set foot in Africa. The slaves that whites (and Arabs, which is conveniently overlooked by those NOI morons) traded were often prisoners of tribal wars who were captured and then sold to whites along the coast in exchange for weapons and other stuff from the West. That is the only life those people ever knew before whites came to Africa. They were utterly unable to develop an advanced civilization of any type.

Socialization does not explain why poor blacks are disproportionately represented in crime compared to poor whites, or poor people of any other ethnic group. It isn't simply the fact that a large percentage of blacks are poor; it is that proportionately, poor blacks are still more likely to be involved in crime than those other groups. In other words, if you have a group of 100 poor blacks and 100 poor whites living in a lower-class neighborhood, it's likely that you'll see 50 blacks involved in crime versus 5 whites.
