Just found this out a few minutes ago.  Interscope sure has been busy signing young talent.

Charles Hamilton
Drake (not 100% sure)
and now Yung LA

Almost everyone on Grand Hustle has a deal now.

Alfamega got dropped from Capitol?  Damn, that's a shame.  I've been waiting for his album to drop, but instead he gets dropped...

pretty sure he got dropped, ya..he'll sign a new deal i'm sure relatively quick and easy..got an album ready with big names on it..i'm sure labels will jump on that..assumin' he got his masters..

very recent..probably arguing with the label..i heard that somewhere..

An Industry Insider informed me that Alfamega is no longer with Capitol Records.
Word is that there was a lot of tension between Alfamega and the record label.

    "Alfamega would invoke Capitol to drop and said if they did, he would get another record deal immediately after being released from them."


Alfa also pushed back his album most likely to create a larger buzz and that wasn't sitting well with the label.
There is rumor also that 50 cent was interested in signing Alfa and made attempts to sign him.
Hopefully Alfamega can shed more light into this situation
