I bet we see Detox the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving this  next year. Interscope is depending on U2 this in March (which will not be as big as they want ), and  50 in February ( which won't pass gold ). That Guns and Roses album debuted strong, but fell the fuck off by like 80 % in week 2. Watch , Eminem and Dre will be begged by jimmy to come through.

DETOX won't be The Chronic, that's forsure.  But that's a good thing, Hip Hop is fading into a new genre- Dr. Dre can't compete and doesn't need to and wouldn't even sound right if he did.  Detox is gonna be an updated version of "2001" with a HD Surround Sound mix and a concocktion of old and new formulas like he's always been doin'.  Even if Dre AutoTunes the whole album it wouldn't matter - let go of his nuts already.  Some of you are waiting on a 45 year old man (who never was a gangsta) to put out a gangsta/hood-based album.  Nevertheless, whatever Dre gives us is gonna be hot, I just pray it comes sooner, it seems like nowadays that Dre is becoming a faded memory of Hip Hop.  "Forgot About Dre"- No, We Need More!
