yeah...his verse can be found on the dj jam mixtape that had a track called the "watcher 3" with snoop.  i think the original lineup was dre, hittman's bridge, dre's chorus, and then rakim

Damn.  I didn't know that.  That would have been tight.  It seems like Hittman kind of got a raw deal on Aftermath.  If they would have just dropped his album, right after 2001, I think he would have been huge.  So then, when was "Watcher 2" originally recorded?

If i'm correct it was recorded at the same time when they was recordin songs for"2001". Hitt was talkin about the song in one of his old interviews.
