People think of 'Pac as a thug, and take what they want from him. Snoop's influence is seen with his smooth flow that Biggie couldn't match, but 'Pac did positively inpact hip-hop. 'Pac did more in terms of tracks like Dear Mama, Keep Your Head Up, Smile, Papa's Song, OK, most of Me Against the World, White Man's World. Before it was very damaging to rap to the women. When an artist did, like LL Cool J, people dissed. No one dissed 'Pac for it. Snoop of course had the G-Funk, and the smooth flow. Snoop's influence helped the art express itself, 'Pac's influence helped were the art would go.

Snoop was a gang member, a member of Rollin' 20's crips, and did 2 years in jail prior to his rap career. After fame, you don't have to keep up your rep, anyone that thinks that is just dump. 'Pac grew up political, his first rap was about gun control. 'Pac studied hip-hop, and growing up poor, 'Pac used the art he studied to express himself. Snoop used the art he knew to express his life style. In terms of realer, Snoop lived the life, 'Pac feel for the life, but never truly lived it. But 'Pac did have mad love for the ghetto, and would go to any 'hood without a crew, or vest except for the coastal wars when he wore a vest 24/7. But Snoop lived it, 'Pac repped it, there's a difference.

2pac had more influence on rap and rap fans

but at same time i think if snoop died around 1994-1996 he would have just as much influence, 2pac is just remembered because of his big mouth and his thug life slogans
